Petralunga is a waterfront Italian restaurant located in the marina of North Bay Village, created by Italian chefs with the goal of bringing authentic Italian cuisine and true Roman-style pizza—thin, crispy, and scrocchiarella.
The name Petralunga is the surname of the creator of this concept and reflects a strong connection to Italian tradition. Our pizza is made using high-quality Italian flours and long fermentation doughs, resulting in a light, highly digestible pizza that is crisp, fragrant, and full of flavor.
